By engaging SparkLead Websites you agree to the following terms.

Services

We design, build and maintain websites. Deliverables and timelines are agreed in writing per project.

Payment

The SparkLead Website Plan is a one-time £199 website setup payment plus £49.99/month ongoing maintenance. The monthly maintenance fee keeps your website updated, secure and backed up. You can cancel the monthly maintenance at any time if you feel it is not working for you.

Ownership

You own your website content and domain. We retain rights to any underlying code libraries or templates we build on.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months. We make no guarantees about search rankings or lead volume.
